At NuPhy®Studio, we want you to be fully satisfied with your mechanical keyboards and accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Submit Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all cables, keycaps, and accessories that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
