Yes, all NuPhy keyboards are designed with full compatibility for both macOS and Windows. We include dedicated keycaps and a physical toggle switch to swap between operating systems seamlessly.
What is your return policy for mechanical keyboards?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for products in their original packaging and condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
How do I claim a warranty for a hardware issue?
All NuPhy products come with a one-year limited warranty. If you experience a hardware failure, please contact our support team with your order number and a video demonstrating the issue for a replacement or repair.
Can I hot-swap the switches on my NuPhy keyboard?
